1.Go to their website.
2. In the top right corner, click on your avatar.
3. Go to Company settings.
4. On the left, select Billing.
5. Tap on Deactivate your account.
Your company account will be cancelled. The company's data will remain for 90 days so make sure to export it before then.
If you can't manage to cancel online, you can also email 15Five's support and ask them to cancel your account
