How to cancel Virgin Mobile subscription in easy steps

To cancel your Virgin Mobile Subscription, follow these easy steps:

1. Call Virgin on 0345 6000 789 or 789 from your Virgin Mobile 
2. Make a switching request via your online Virgin account 
3. Text 'PAC' and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) to 65075 if you want to take your number with you. For example: PAC 11/04/1990 
4. Text 'STAC' and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) to 75075 if you don't want to keep your number. For example: STAC 11/04/1990

Note: If you cancel a Pay Monthly contract, you may have to pay early disconnection fees.
