To cancel your Affect Energy subscription, follow these easy steps:
You can end your Affect Energy contract by contacting them by email or by phone (Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm).
If you cancel your contract during the first 14 days after it starts, you won't incur a termination fee.
If you are switching to another provider, your new supplier will cancel your previous contract for you.
