1. If you are still within the 14-day cooling-off period after you switched, head to the Pure Planet app.
2. Go to the menu and tap on My Account.
3. Select Your Details and click on the Cancel my switch button.
4. If you are past the cooling-off period, you simply need to switch to another supplier and they will close your account for you.
You will not be charged any exit fees for cancelling.
