How to cancel ShippingEasy subscription in easy steps
Cancelling a subscription service that you no longer need just became so much easier.
To cancel your ShippingEasy subscription, follow these easy steps:
1. Log in to your account and go to 'Settings' on the blue navigation bar
2. Click on 'Subscription & Billing'.
3. Confirm by clicking the 'Cancel Account' button.
4. Check the box 'Yes, I'm sure I want to cancel my ShippingEasy account and I understand that access to ShippingEasy will end immediately'.
5. Provide a reason for cancelling.
6. Click the 'Cancel My Account' button.
7. You will receive an email confirming that your ShippingEasy account has been closed.
