The film was solely about the character of Wonder Woman. It even grossed over $822 million on a budget of $150 million. Later that year, ‘Wonder Woman’ became the highest-grossing film by a solo female director.

Wonder Woman earns wonderful money. In 2018, she was reportedly one of the highest-paid actresses in the world. The same year she was named in Time magazine’s list of 100 most influential people. She was one of the five highest-paid actresses in the world in 2020 — yet again! All thanks to the $20 million paydays for the Netflix film ‘Red Notice’.

Initially, Gadot’s salary for the first ‘Wonder Woman’ movie was just $300,000. As years went by, she established herself as an A-list actress, so her pay rate increased to an impressive $10 million in her second appearance as Wonder Woman. Between June 2017 and June 2018, Gadot earned $10 million from her movie salaries and endorsement deals with companies like Revlon.

How Gal Gadot spends her net worth

In 2008, Gadot married real estate developer Yaron Varsano. They created various entrepreneurial projects like a hotel in Tel-Aviv that they sold to Roman Abramovich for $26 million. They have a production company called Pilot Wave.

In December 2020, Gadot and Varsano paid $5 million for an oceanfront condo in Malibu. They also own a home back in Israel and a property in the Hollywood Hills costing $5.6 million.

United Nations involvement

In 2016, Wonder Woman appeared at the United Nations to mark the 75th anniversary of Wonder Woman’s first appearance at the UN. Gadot was awarded the title “Honorary Ambassador for the Empowerment of Women and Girls.
