Social media users threatened to boycott Starbucks due to the workers union expressing solidarity with Palestine.
The now-deleted post on X in October 2023 prompted calls to boycott Starbucks.
It came days after Hamas led the deadliest Palestinian militant attack on Israel in history on Oct 7.
Earlier this month, Starbucks sued its union, Starbucks Workers United, for posting the message.
The company stated, "We strongly disagree with the views expressed by Workers United, including its local affiliates.”
The union claimed the company is only filing a suit against them to perpetuate an anti-union campaign.
However, the boycott has resulted in significantly few customers in stores.
Starbucks' stock dipped but later recovered, with a market cap of $119.17 billion as of 2023.
