1. Chick-fil-A ranked with a satisfaction score of 85, 2% from last year.

2. Jimmy Johns's satisfaction score is 85 and is 6% more than last year.

3. KFC, with a customer satisfaction score of 81, has a 4% increase from last year.

4. Papa John’s satisfaction score is 80 and has increased 5% from last year.

5. With a consistent satisfaction score of 78, all have loved Dominos.

6. Wendys has a 74 satisfaction score and is only 1% up since last year.

7. With a satisfaction score of 73, Jack in the Box has gone up only 1% since last year.

8. Sonic has gone from a 74 to 72 satisfaction score, with a 2% drop since last year.
