Rapper Snoop Dogg is giving up smoke, he announced on his Instagram account on Nov 16.

As per his official “blunt roller”, Dogg used to smoke 150 marijuana joints a day.

In a 2019 interview, Dogg said he paid his “blunt roller” $40,000 to $50,000 a year.

The 51-year-old has mentioned using marijuana in his music and has cannabis industry businesses.

He launched a line of weed, Leafs by Snoop, in 2015, and joined cannabis investment fund Casa Verde.

In 2022, he collaborated with TSUMo Snacks to create cannabis-infused onion ring chips.

Thanks to these ventures' success, Snoop Dogg is worth $160 million today.

The global legal marijuana market is projected to reach $80.1 billion by 2031.
