Jimmy Kimmel will host the Oscars at the 96th Academy Awards for the fourth time in 2024.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences confirmed the decision on Nov 15.
Kimmel’s journey with the Oscars began in 2017, followed by a return in 2018 and 2023.
Bob Hope hosted 19 times, while Billy Crystal hosted nine times between 1990 and 2012.
It will also mark the return of Kimmel’s wife, Molly McNearney, as executive producer.
Scheduled for March 10, 2024, the 96th Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
It will be broadcast live on ABC and various platforms from LA.
Kimmel got paid $15,000 to host the Oscars last time.
The 56-year-old has a net worth of $50M, while his wife’s net worth is $20M.
