Reba McEntire's National Anthem moves Super Bowl to tears
Reba McEntire took to the field to perform the National Anthem before the Super Bowl on Feb 11.
The ‘Queen of Country’ music singer was lauded for her powerful version with players seen in tears.
This marks the fourth straight year that a country artist has sung the national anthem at the game.
McEntire’s performance follows Chris Stapleton, who sang the National Anthem at last year’s game.
Post Malone also sang ‘America the Beautiful’ and Andra Day performed ‘Lift Every Voice and Sing’.
McEntire scored 24 No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, including ‘Somebody’.
The 68-year-old has also won three Grammy Awards and has a net worth of $95 million in 2024.
